What you will be doing
- Develops detailed maintenance job plans, including resources, tools, materials, and safety measures, to enable efficient scheduling, execution, and improved wrench time.
- Plans and supports preventive and reliability-centered maintenance activities, aligning with business unit strategies to optimize asset performance and reduce failures.
- Reviews and scopes maintenance requests, maintains SAP PM data, updates work history, and integrates feedback to continuously improve job plans and equipment reliability.
- Embeds safety protocols and standards into all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with plant safety, environmental, and quality management systems.
- Assists in reliability improvement projects, capital investments, and manages vendor requisitions for parts and services, ensuring alignment with asset management goals.
- Applies maintenance best practices (RCM, FMEA, RCA, 5S, etc.), supports training, and stays updated on innovations to enhance maintenance efficiency and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinates with operations and planning teams for downtime scheduling and work prioritization, supporting optimal resource utilization and reduced production losses.
Who we are looking for
3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a mechanical or electrical craftsman role.
Solid understanding of maintenance processes, asset operation, and condition-based monitoring technologies
Skilled in core craft (mechanical/electrical), with practical knowledge of RCA, RCM, FMEA/C-FMEA methodologies and maintenance management systems (SAP PM).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and capable of using relevant digital tools in maintenance planning and execution.
Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain technical documentation and accurately input work data.
Demonstrates self-motivation, independence, and a proactive learning mindset.
Effective team player with a cooperative spirit, adaptable in dynamic environments.
Exhibits conscientiousness, stress tolerance, self-discipline, and accountability in work execution.
