As Maintenance Manager you will ensure efficient and reliable execution of maintenance operations representing both corrective and preventive side in order to minimize downtime, and ensure continuous operations. You will:• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture within the maintenance execution team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards• Lead, develop, and manage a team of Supervisors, Shift Leaders, Engineers and Technicians across mechanical, electrical and automation functions• Execute proactive maintenance strategies, including Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs• Drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives• Assure efficient execution of scheduled and emergency maintenance activities, ensure effective operation and maintenance of facility infrastructure • Collaborate with Production and Reliability & Projects teams to prioritize maintenance activities based on operational needs• Ensure effective utilization of the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) system for managing maintenance activities• Manage and optimize assigned budget• Support the development and implement an effective training system aligned with the site-wide training approach, based on the Training Within Industry (TWI) methodology/framework
Who are we looking for:
We are looking for a colleague who has:• Strong knowledge of industrial safety regulations, compliance, and environmental standards• Strong leadership and collaboration skills• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automation Engineering (or a related technical field)• 10+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 5 years in a leadership/management role in a manufacturing environment• Proven track record in corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance execution• Experience in high-volume production environments, ideally within industries such as automotive, heavy manufacturing, electronics, or process industries• Hands-on experience with maintenance planning, asset management, and SAP PM• Experience in managing multi-disciplinary maintenance teams, including mechanical, electrical, automation, and facilities functions• Deep knowledge of rotating machinery, including pumps, compressors, blowers, gearboxes, bearings, and fans• Deep understanding of maintenance methodologies, including Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM).
