What you will be doing
Planning part
- Update line schedule taking several key parameters in consideration: working capital optimization, sales forecast, raw material availability and production capacity maximization. Get approval from his manager and relevant departments before implementation.
- Determine raw material in terms of mix, volume and delivery time to meet production planning, in accordance with Supply team
- Update production planning based on weekly & monthly in OP tool(RM demand, Inventory, production)
- Checking inventory(RM, IP, FG)in SAP and update in daily production planning
- Align and communicate the RM delivery schedule with Supply team and Support Service team.
Control part:
- Control raw material levels, safety stocks and new deliveries
- Act as an interface between Production, WIL, SCM and Sales to define best shipment schedule
- Provide different reports such as inventory levels (FG, IP, RM) and production volume and RM consumption plan x real.
- Control each external &internal WHs storage volume.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or SCM
- 2~10 years of Experience in systems and tools typically applied in Planning, Scheduling. ERP (as SAP) is desired
- Good understanding and experience of manufacturing processes
- Proficient level of excel
- Written and Spoken English (advanced)
