Purpose of the Role
Â
We’re looking for a versatile, tech-savvy, and self-sufficient support officer to assist our Treasury and Credit Management team with administrative tasks and operational follow-up. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, pragmatic, and enjoys helping things run smoothly without needing a rigid structure.

What You’ll Do
Â
- Supporting Treasury and Credit management team (50/50)
- Take ownership of recurring administrative tasks: data input, document handling, internal follow-ups.
- Manage administrative tasks related to bank guarantees and Treasury topics (debt covenant management, KYC support, compliance support).
- Assist the credit analysts in the monthly credit process (data gathering, process approval, and decision distribution).
- Help prepare and maintain routine reports using Excel and other tools.
- Support the team in monitoring internal processes (e.g., reminders, file upkeep, information gathering).
- Liaise with colleagues across departments to ensure the right data is in the right place at the right time.
- Contribute to improving small, practical workflows through structure and common sense.
- Perform daily operational tasks, administrative work, gather information, send decisions, and do all the preparatory work so the team can focus on core business.

What We’re Looking For
Â
- Someone autonomous and proactive—able to work without constant guidance.
- Comfortable with Excel and other tools; experience with SAP or financial systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep things moving behind the scenes.
- Adaptable: you’re fine with shifting priorities and not everything being clearly documented.
- Prior admin or support experience is appreciated, but mindset matters more than background.
- Proficient in English.
- Eager to learn, structured, enjoys providing support, entrepreneurial, not afraid to ask questions, positive attitude.
